Hours of operation

Time off

Requesting time off

It is not approved until it says “approved.” If a request is denied, those shifts are still your responsibility to work or find a cover for.
  • Must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance
  • First come, first serve basis
  • Once submitted, it is pending approval of the scheduler
  • If denied, shifts are still your responsibility to work or find a cover
  • Once the maximum number of requests is met, any further requests will be denied
Availability

Changing your availability

Heads up on pay: premium pay is based on availability. If you change your availability into or out of those stipulations, your pay may reflect this.
  • Availability changes happen 3 times per year — fall, spring, and summer
  • To make a change outside of those windows, you must seek permission from the scheduler
Shift swaps & covers

Releasing a shift

All scheduled shifts are your responsibility until they have been removed from your schedule.

Release the shift in the app

Select the shift and select Release.

It goes to eligible Team Members

Anyone not working during that time who has the same job code will see the shift as available, and may either pick it up or offer to swap with you.

The MOD must approve it

Once a shift is picked up it is pending approval. The MOD must approve the cover or swap — otherwise it is still your responsibility.

Text the MOD

We recommend texting the MOD for the shift you are releasing to ensure proper communication and coverage are done.
